I'm losing $120 just for cancelling on these scammers. Please everyone, stay clear of this company. They said I'd lose that whole month service that I paid for and $60 on top for cancelling. Then, they charged me for another month of service so I asked to cancel.
After weeks of calling, I understood clearly that AHS had no intention of refunding me my hard-earned money. AHS told me that I was on my own and now they're saying I was supposed to call them before hiring my plumber. At this point, I was frustrated and furious that I was blatantly scammed and lied to by AHS. I called again on and was told there'd be no refund because I hired someone on my own without talking to AHS.
After 2 weeks, no one contacted me about the refund. I was mad but I thought $100 would be better than nothing. The second and third representatives told me AHS would only refund $100 call fee and not the actual plumbing job although it was within 100ft under their coverage.

I explained that another professional plumber determined otherwise and cleared my blockage at 60ft. The first representative was unprofessional and raised his voice at me saying that AHS wouldn't pay for my repair because their plumber determined that the blockage was outside of 100ft. I called AHS 4 more times in a month period. After losing my $100 to AHS, I hired my own plumber and was told the blockage was cleared at 60ft which should've been covered by AHS. I called AHS and was told I was on my own to hire someone else to do the job and they weren't going to pay for anything. Once the plumber came out, I was charged $100 call fee just for him to tell me my blockage was more than 100ft into the sewer and that my claim would be denied by AHS because they only covered up to 100ft. AHS authorized a plumber to come out 3-4 days later so I couldn't use water in those days. In December 2021, I requested service to clear a stoppage in my sewage. I have no idea how they have over 4 stars on Amazon, they are definitely a zero star company.I'm a customer of AHS for almost 2 years (paying $60/month). Save your money and buy from someone else. For someone who calls themselves "Protection Professional," this company is anything but. They also sell cheaper, plastic screen protectors, so I am fairly certain that they just put those in the more expensive boxes and sell them to unsuspecting customers like me. after you pay all of the shipping costs, of course. This "warranty" only covers manufacturer defects (at their discretion), and they will not refund your purchase, only replace the product. They also advertise a no-hassle lifetime warranty, which is completely bogus.

What they sent a.) were not tempered glass, but plastic, b.) arrived in a damaged package (not the external packing, but the actual company package) that was full of dust/dirt, including dust already on the adhesive c.) did not fit the phone (too small), and d.) only one was black border, the other was clear. I made the mistake of purchasing a two-pack of their tempered glass screen protectors with black border for my LG K20V from their Amazon store.
